Q: How do I add the channel to my Roku?
Go to your Roku Digital Video Player’s home screen on your television.
- Select the "Channel Store"
- Select The Channel you wish to subscribe to from the "What's New" section
- Select "Add Channel"
- Select "Go To Channel"
- Follow the on screen instructions for subscribing to the channel.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: Canceling a subscription cancels all future scheduled payments of that subscription. A subscription can be canceled up to the day of the next scheduled payment.
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click the "My Account." tab
- Click the "History." subtab.
- Click "More filters", select "Subscriptions and agreements", and then click "Subscriptions".
- Change the date back to the year the subscription was created, and then click "Show".
- Click "Details" next to the subscription.
- Click "Cancel Subscription".
Q: I had to get a replacement Roku how can I get my channel(s) on the new one?
We will need either the device id for both Rokus or if that's not possible, the device id of the new Roku along with the transaction ID from your PayPal subscription payment.
On your Roku(s)
- Click "Settings"
- Click "player info"
- Look for "Serial number"
- Write down and email the "Serial number(s)" to support@vidpoints.com
